- Standard still lists a beneficial ownership report, which a US-formed company no longer owes FinCEN.
- The pricing page doesn't say which states it forms in or what the registered agent renews at.
- The packages include a tax consultation on Premium, but no yearly tax filing.

No. FinCEN's rules no longer require beneficial ownership reports from companies formed in the United States. Only companies formed abroad and registered in a US state still report, so a new Wyoming LLC doesn't owe one.
