The least predictable of the three
Of Stripe, PayPal and a bank, PayPal is the most likely to limit a new account and ask for documents it didn't mention at the start. Give it the company's real details and your real identity, keep disputes low, and expect a review in the first weeks. Founders usually run PayPal alongside Stripe rather than instead of it.

A US address and phone
PayPal's US onboarding can ask for both. The registered agent's address is the company's legal address for the state. A mailing address and a US phone number for PayPal are things you arrange separately.
