What it means in practice.
A commercial mail receiving agency gives a company a US mailing address for PayPal, invoices and supplier forms, and scans what arrives. Opening one requires USPS Form 1583. It's separate from the registered agent, which receives legal papers, and it should never be given as where the owner lives.
